Taj Indian restaurnat previously known as "The Taj curry and spicy" is now owned by Udhay Raj. Udhay has worked as head chef in well known Roof Bar at White Pearl hotel for 6 years. He now work as Head chef in his own "The Taj Indian Restaurant" and makes sure that all is upto the standards.
